Use this page to set up information for Equipment. Equipments can be attached to a lease.

Fixed Assets and Equipments

To create an equipment, follow these steps: 

1. Click +New
2. Specify a unique deposit Equipment ID. and a Description.
3. Select the Item No..
4. Repeat these steps to add more deposit types.

The Lease No. link will become available when an equipment is attached to a lease.

Fields

This page contains the following fields: 

Field	Description
Equipment ID	A unique equipment ID. Automatically filled in after the user enters any information or using the assist button. User will have the option to enter manually if the “No. series” has “manual No.” enabled. Not editable if it’s been attached.
Description	Description for the equipment being used
Item No.	Mapped to Items in Business Central
Last Maintenance Date	Specify the most recent service maintenance date for the equipment ID.
Model No.	Specify the model number.
Manufacturer Name	Specify the manufacturer name.
Purchase Date	Specify the purchase date.
